Lever lock tire and tube deflator, clamps on external threads of the valve stem. Valve core must be removed to use. Uses compressed air and the venturi principle to suck tubes completely flat for patching and to ease installation. Can also be used to suck tires flat and draw the tire beads inwards to ease starting bead breaking wedges such as on large tractor tires. Clamping force is adjustable by turning the collar.
