TR13 Valve Stem

TR13 Tube Valve Stem

The TR13 stem is a rubber covered straight stem. It is used on the universal tubes, light truck, lawn & garden, and small utility tubes. It is 1.38" long and fits the .453" (approx. 1/2") rim hole. The TR13 stem is rated for a max of 60 psi. It will be located on the tube offset to one side. It can be adapted up to the .625" larger rim hole using the B6 bushing.

 B6 Bushing

B6 Rim Hole Bushing

The B6 bushing is a plastic bushing that slips over the TR13 stem to adapt it up to the .625" (5/8") stem hole. The bushing allows you to use the TR13 stem in applications that would normally have used the TR15 stem. Some sizes of tubes only come in TR13 stem configurations now since it can be used on a wheel with either the small or larger stem hole by using the bushing. The bushing is slipped over the stem before inserting the stem through the stem hole of the wheel.

 TR15 Valve Stem

TR15 Tube Valve Stem

The TR15 stem is a rubber covered straight stem. It is used on the farm implement and vintage bias tire tubes. It is 1.38" long and fits the .625" (5/8") rim hole. The TR15 stem is rated for a max of 60 psi. It will be located on the tube offset to one side.

 TR87 Valve Stem

TR87 Tube Valve Stem

The TR87 is a bent metal stem. It is used on small utility, lawn & garden, and industrial tubes. It fits the.453" (approx. 1/2") rim hole and will point out sideways from the direction of tire rotation. The TR87 is rated for a max of 150 psi. The TR87 stem is typically used on multi-piece wheels that unbolt and split or split ring industrial wheels. On 4" thru 6" wheels it is often used on one piece wheels where extra stem clearance is needed for the wheel spindle or between wheel mounting forks. When installed in small one piece wheels the end of the stem lays right up against the lip of the wheel for clearance.

 JS87P Valve Stem

JS87P / TR87P Tube Valve Stem

Same as the TR87 except the P means parallel. Rather than stick out sideways as the normal TR87 the end is turned almost inline with the direction the tire rotates for added clearance such as between wheel mounting forks.

 JS2 Valve Stem

JS2 Tube Valve Stem

The JS 2 stem is a metal stem with a slight bend in it, approx 70 degrees. It is used on industrial and forklift tubes. Total length is 2.2" with 1.3" of that total length being the straight portion after the bend.  The JS 2 stem is used on wheels that unbolt and split in the middle, split ring, and multi-piece  wheels. The wheel will in some way disassemble to remove the tire.  It is not fur use on single piece drop center wheels.

 TR6 Valve Stem

TR4 or TR6Tube Valve Stem

The TR4 or TR6 is a threaded metal stem supplied with nuts and a washer. It is used on ATV tubes. The only difference between the two length is the TR4 is slightly shorter than the TR6. ATV applications use the threaded TR4 or TR6 stem due to the low air pressure ATV tires run. The threaded stem is needed to keep the stem from pulling back inside the  wheel as the tire flexes. Both nuts and washer go on the outside of the wheel. The first nut is finger tightened only, the second nut is used as a jamb nut to lock the first nut in place.

 TR135 Valve Stem

TR135 Tube Valve Stem

The TR135 stem is a rubber covered stem approx 2.6" long used on some industrial tubes. It fits the .625" (5/8") rim hole. It  is a bendable stem supplied straight. You hand bend to the needed angle. A trick used to bend it is to slip the boxed ends of two combination wrenches over the stem to control and place the bend where needed. Be careful bending, you can break the brass tube inside ruining the tube.

 TR150 Valve Stem

TR150 Tube Valve Stem

The TR150 stem is a rubber covered stem approx 3.7" long used on some vintage light truck tubes for use on the split ring wheels. It is .625" (5/8") at the base. It  is a bendable stem supplied straight. You hand bend to the needed angle. A trick used to bend it is to slip the boxed ends of two combination wrenches over the stem to control and place the bend where needed. Be careful bending, you can break the brass tube inside ruining the tube.

 TR218A Valve Stem

TR218A & TR220A Tube Valve Stem

The TR218A is a fast fill air/liquid stem used on farm implement tubes, it is approx 1.8" long overall with core housing installed. The TR220A is the same except the threaded portion the rim nut screws on is slightly longer for use in thicker road grader wheels. The threaded portion of the TR220A is 1.19" long versus .81" long on the TR218A. Both fit the .625" (5/8") rim hole. The core hosing is removable for  fast liquid filling for ballast. They are supplied with a rim nut to retain the stem in the wheel when attaching the fluid fill nozzle. The core housing uses a standard bore removable Schrader valve same as other tube valves.

 TR300 Valve Stem

TR300

The TR300 stem is a high pressure stem used on some truck and trailer applications. It fits the .625" (5/8") rim hole and is approx 2" long. It is for use in applications  up to 150 psi  air pressure. It is typically only found on tubes for half inch increment  wheels, by that I mean 14.5", 16.5", 19.5", etc.

 TR175A Valve Stem

TR75A, TR77A, TR78A, TR175A, TR177A, TR179A Tube Valve Stem

Each is a high pressure metal stem for split ring medium truck and industrial applications. Each rises .94" out of the tube and then bends approximately 85 degrees.  The difference in each one is length after the bend. A tube is only going to be made with the one proper length stem for the tire size it fits so there is no point over complicating it and listing out the specs of each. If you need to know stem length specs contact us. Each will have either a metal plate or a washer at the stem base to keep the tube from protruding up through the stem slot of the wheel.

 TR441 Valve Stem

TR440, TR441, TR442, TR443, TR444, TR445 Tube Valve Stem

Each is a high pressure metal stem for split ring medium truck and industrial applications. Each rises out of the tube and then bends approximately 85 degrees.  The difference in each one is length after the bend. A tube is only going to be made with the one proper length stem for the tire size it fits so there is no point over complicating it and listing out the specs of each. If you need to know stem length specs contact us. The 440 series does not have a washer or plate at the base of the stem.
