Shipping:
We ship orders by USPS postal mail and Fedex ground service. Most small items and smaller orders will ship USPS ground advantage or priority mail. Larger items and orders typically ship Fedex ground. We DO NOT offer any expedited services such as Next Day or 2nd Day air. You can view shipping options on the checkout page after entering the ship to address.
Order Processing:
We fill orders Monday thru Friday only excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. We typically ship orders placed before noon central standard time the same day. Orders placed after noon CST on Fridays may not go until the following Monday.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times usually range between 4-8 business days for USPS and 3-7 days for Fedex depending on your location and distance from our warehouse. During peak seasons such as between Thanksgiving and Christmas postal transit times may take longer. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships: We DO NOT guarantee delivery by any specific date or time. We have NO CONTROL over the carrier's performance or any service interruptions such as weather delays.
