Shipping:
We ship orders by USPS postal mail and Fedex ground service. Most small items and smaller orders will ship USPS ground advantage. Larger items and orders typically ship Fedex ground. We DO NOT offer any expedited services such as Next Day or 2nd Day air.
Order Processing:
We fill orders Monday thru Friday only excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. We typically ship orders placed before 11 AM central standard time the same day. Orders placed after noon central time on Fridays may not go out until the following Monday.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times usually range between 3-8 business days for USPS and 3-7 days for Fedex depending on your location and distance from our warehouse. During peak seasons such as between Thanksgiving and Christmas postal transit times may take longer. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. We DO NOT guarantee delivery by any specific date or time. We have NO CONTROL over the carrier's performance or any service interruptions such as weather delays. USPS service has degraded and slowed thanks to the "Delivering for America Postal Act". We do our job and get the orders out however we don't run the post office. Direct your complaints about slow postal service to them and your congressman. We recommend paying the extra for Fedex shipping over the USPS if it is something that can't wait, they are far more reliable.
There is NO REFUND for any orders that are refused delivery.
Shipping if you live outside the contiguous US:
We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO due to the extra paperwork and restrictions placed on those.
