Shipping:
We ship orders by USPS postal mail and Fedex ground service. Most small items and smaller orders will ship USPS ground advantage or priority mail. Larger items and orders typically ship Fedex ground. We DO NOT offer any expedited services such as Next Day or 2nd Day air.
Order Processing:
We fill orders Monday thru Friday only excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. We typically ship orders placed before noon central standard time the same day. Orders placed after noon central time on Fridays may not go out until the following Monday.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times usually range between 3-7 business days depending on your location and distance from our warehouse. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships: We DO NOT guarantee delivery by any specific date or time.
There is NO REFUND for any orders that are refused delivery.
Shipping if you live outside the continental US:
We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO due to the extra paperwork and restrictions placed on those.
