These are new 4.80/4.00-8 Non Highway Service (NHS) tires for use ONLY on garden carts, wheelbarrows, and small lawn mower wagons. These are 4 ply rated for 670 lbs per tire at 42 psi. They are 4 ply rated but it is a WHEELBARROW type tire NOT a heavy duty tire for use on any other applications other than that or lawn mower wagons and carts.Your old tire might say 4.80-8 or 4.80/4.80-8, both are the same. I include new tubes with them because tubeless wheelbarrow or cart tires are flat every-time you want to use them and are often popped loose from the wheel. With tubes they do gradually lose some air pressure over time from the natural seepage all tires have however with tubes you can easily air them back up and don't have to fight or struggle getting the beads reseated like you do on a tubeless one.
