They are 4 ply tube type tires rated for 340 lbs per tire at 36 psi. The manufacturer lists the specs as 16.42" tall with a 4.21" section width (at the widest sidewall bulge) when mounted on a 8" diameter rim 3" wide. These are used on the front of some vintage lawn tractors and many of the guys use these as fronts on the small competition pulling tractors. The tubes will have the TR13 straight stem.
